We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Personal Financing Consultant (PFC) to join our Retail Banking team . In this role, you will be on the front lines, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales and revenue targets by professionally selling a diverse range of retail banking products and helping to grow the bank's customer portfolio and profitability.
What You Will Be Doing
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets to contribute to the overall branch profitability and targets.
- Proactively and professionally sell a wide range of retail products to existing and potential customers, including :
Wealth products : Unit Trusts (UT), ASNB VP, Private Retirement Schemes (PRS), Bancassurance / Bancatakaful (RP & GI), Direct Forex, and Non-Traditional Wealth (NTW).
Deposits : Current Account / Savings Account (CASA), Fixed Deposits (FD), and new account acquisition.Assets / Financing products : Personal Financing (PF / PFi), ASB financing, and Credit Cards.Prepare and execute comprehensive sales plans, perform account opening, actively cross-sell and up-sell, and engage with customers for retention and referrals.Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) customer acquisition (both wealth and retail customers) and ensure an excellent customer experience to broaden the bank's base.Participate in branch, regional, and bank-wide sales promotional activities and campaigns.What We\'re Looking For
A Degree or Diploma holder.At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably with Wealth and Bancassurance / Bancatakaful products in any Financial Institution (FI).A pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Possession of the CUTE & Banca / Takaful license and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio.Must be sales and result oriented.#J-18808-Ljbffr
