Are you ready to steer the ship of successful project delivery? Join Avanade as an ERP Project Manager, where you'll drive exceptional project execution, uphold budgets, timelines, and client expectations, and deliver value in ERP projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project delivery : manage budget, timelines, resources, scope, and client expectations.
  • Manage program-level solutions : terms, economics, schedule, quality.
  • Secure senior management buy-in for critical plans; identify and handle risks.
  • Direct change management; assist clients in change processes.
  • Align with stakeholder goals; ensure effective communication.
  • Mentor team; oversee supplier / subcontractor relationships.
  • Develop governance and control strategies; coordinate service levels, agreements, and resource prioritization; monitor and resolve delivery issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive project and service management experience for ERP solutions, particularly Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.
  • Strong leadership with direct people management experience.
  • Expertise in contract terms and interpretation.
  • Systematic and logical thinker with ability to drive change in unstructured environments.
  • Negotiation skills and strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platform technologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value reporting.
