Job Summary

The Trade Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and enhancing trade compliance systems, ensuring accurate tracking of customer accounts, licenses, and shipment statistics. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Operations and the Trade Legal Compliance (TLC) team to maintain and automate trade-related processes and enforce compliance with import / export regulations and licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Account & License Management

Track customer accounts and monitor license countdowns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Maintain and optimize trade management systems including GTM (Global Trade Management) and Descartes in partnership with TLC.

Configure, maintain, and enhance GTM to implement trade blocks, including :
