Penerangan pekerjaanSupport the evaluation and onboarding of new products to expand the company’s offerings. Develop product-related documentation, such as training materials, user guides, and technical specifications. Sales Support and Enablement Act as a technical advisor during client engagements, including product presentations and demonstrations. Assist the sales team in identifying and resolving product-specific challenges. Market Insights and Strategy Provide recommendations for product improvements, new product launches, or discontinuations based on market research. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market strategies. Client Engagement and Support Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product trials and troubleshooting. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and issue resolution. Reporting and Analysis Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
Overview
As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our product offerings. Acting as a bridge between the company, the sales team, and our customers, you will ensure effective positioning, technical understanding, and market success of our products. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage product portfolios across various categories and respond to changing market needs.
Responsibilities
- Product Expertise and Development
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned product portfolio, including specifications, applications, and competitive positioning.
Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
Monitor product performance and provide regular reports on sales trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
