Job Purpose
The Social Media Content Executive is responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing social media channels, and growing brand presence across platforms. You’ll work closely with education teams to produce campaigns that inspire parents, educators, and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and manage photo, video, and written content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop creative campaigns to promote education programs, events, and success stories.
- Write impactful captions, scripts, and copy that connect emotionally with parents and audiences.
- Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Brand Growth & Strategy
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize performance based on insights.Collaborate with educators for content ideas.Stay updated on social trends, viral formats, and AI-powered creative tools.Support marketing initiatives such as roadshows, webinars, and school events through digital storytelling.Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or Creative Arts.Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and AI content tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.Benefits & Perks
