Overview
Strategic Platform Compliance - Listing & Content, MY Marketplace role at Shopee.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Government Relation, Legal team to detect, manage, and control the prohibited listings
- Respond to emergency cases such as government escalation, social media breaches
- Address inquiries and requests from internal teams related to policies and prohibited listings - Revise and amend the materials and publications of Shopee Policy, SOP, SEH Article
- Conduct market research on Government acts and policies to identify stakeholders’ needs and market gaps
- Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs
- Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshoot of listing-related issues
- Monitor the platform to ensure the quality and the legitimacy of the listings, particularly in relation to tackling Prohibited Listings on the platform
