Responsibilities

• To manage outbound (pick and pack) and despatch functions of fulfilment operations.
• Assign orders multiple times a day for pickers and packers.
• To monitor picker and packer productivity, working speed and accuracy in order to meet predetermined SLA.
• Ensure all problem orders reported are resolved on the same working day.
• Ensure all packed orders handed over to despatch team have manifests created and signed off by 3PL upon handover.
• Ensure operators keep products for each bin separated, organised, in correct location and in good condition.
• Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems.
• Ability to operate various handling equipment, i.e. hand pallet truck, will be advantageous.
• Possess continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow safe warehouse practices.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
