Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Executives to join our growing Maxis retail team. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-oriented, and driven by results. You will play a key role in helping customers stay connected while achieving your sales goals in a fast-paced, rewarding retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Maxis products and services including Postpaid, Fibre, and Devices to walk-in customers.
• Provide professional consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
• Maintain excellent store presentation and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Perform sales transactions and assist in basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
