As Base Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operations of OrcaNation’s flagship Dive Centre on Rawa Island. This role oversees the day‑to‑day running of dive and other ocean activities, outdoor education experiences and marine conservation initiatives.

You will manage a passionate team and ensure high operational standards, excellent client experiences and drive meaningful educational outcomes for schools and FITs. This is a hands‑on, leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, outdoor environments and is committed to making a difference through education and conservation.
