Key Responsibilities : Sales & Target Achievement : Monitor and drive Telco sales performance.
Relationship Building : with key business partners.
Store Visitation & Compliance : Top performing outlets.
Retail Merchandising : Oversee store displays, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.
Reporting & Performance Tracking : Monitor dealer performance, enforce penalties, and provide feedback.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Telco Admin, RGM, and retail teams to improve operations.
Work Location & Travel : Regional-based role requiring store visits.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or telecom industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and compliance management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting.
