Work Environment : On-site | 24 / 7 Shift-based roles (rotational, including weekends / public holidays)
Experience Level : Mid to Senior (3–7+ years)
About the Role
We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals in IT Security, Network Operations, and IT Service Management (ITSM). This is a unique opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic enterprise infrastructure team focused on delivering secure, reliable, and compliant IT services across both on-premises and cloud environments.
You will take ownership or support key areas such as network and information security , incident, problem, or change management , reporting and analytics , and compliance , depending on your specialization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and monitor network and perimeter security devices such as firewalls , IDS / WAF , EDR , and NAC tools
- Respond to and manage security incidents , investigate alerts, and mitigate threats
- Implement and test security measures across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise systems
- Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure endpoint / device compliance
- Assist in conducting internal / external security audits, penetration testing, and risk reviews
- Collaborate with SOC and GRC teams for incident response, governance, and audit readiness
For Service Management Analysts & Specialists
Manage and monitor Incident , Problem , and Change Management processes in compliance with ITIL standardsUse tools like BMC Helix and / or ServiceNow to log, track, and resolve ticketsConduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and support resolution planningSupport change advisory board (CAB) preparation and impact analysisEnsure service delivery KPIs and SLAs are met and regularly reportedMaintain accurate documentation and support compliance with internal IT policiesReporting & Asset Management Support (Optional / Complementary Roles)
Maintain hardware and software asset inventoriesProvide periodic reporting on incident trends, SLA breaches, and performance metricsSupport license tracking, compliance monitoring, and dashboard creationRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field3–7+ years experience in IT security , network infrastructure , or ITSM operationsStrong hands-on experience with at least one of the following :Network Security : Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Checkpoint
Security Tools : SIEM, WAF, EDR, NAC (e.g., CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Tenable, etc.)Cloud Security : AWS / Azure security tools, IAM, endpoint protectionITSM Platforms : BMC Helix, ServiceNow, JIRA Service DeskFamiliar with regulatory compliance : ISO 27001 , GDPR , PDPA , CIS Controls , or SOC2ITIL v4 Foundation or Intermediate certification highly preferredSecurity certifications (CCNA Security, Fortinet NSE, CISA, CEH, etc.) are an added advantageStrong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindsetLanguages Required
English – professional proficiency (written and spoken)Cantonese and Mandarin – spoken fluency required for internal team collaboration and vendor / customer liaisonWorking Hours
