Marketing Manager, Brand Partnership & Campaigns
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute co‑branding initiatives and integrated branding campaigns across diverse digital channels to strengthen brand positioning and ensure alignment with brand identity and voice
- Manage collaborations with KOLs to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Oversee the creation of impactful brand content, including storytelling, digital assets, and promotional materials
- Track and evaluate campaign performance using ROI and KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI
- Lead the marketing team in achieving monthly KPI targets
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in brand management, KOL, content marketing or similar roleProficiency in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languagesDeep understanding of current digital trend, preferrably with family oriented marketStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a creative mindsetExceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detailProven experience managing projects and campaigns that cater to an affluent audienceAbility to collaborate across teams and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentSeniority level
