Strong team leadership skills with proven ability in KPI monitoring and performance management. Data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities. Good communication skills in English and Malaysian languages.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire operations of the company and related departments.
- Close coordination between Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Workforce to ensure overall efficiency.
- Optimize costs, productivity and service quality in each stage.
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate daily / weekly / monthly KPIs for each function.
- Control service quality, including completion rate, ratings, and response time.
- Analyze operational data and implement timely improvement actions.
- Ensure cost efficiency and optimal utilization of resources.
- Transform management direction into clear action plans.
- Monitor progress, ensure business goals and service quality.
- Proactively propose innovative solutions to create sustainable growth.
