Purchasing Executive (F&B)

Responsibilities

• Supplier Management & Development : Source and evaluate suppliers, build partnerships, negotiate prices and terms, and manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure cost, quality, and supply stability.
• Procurement Execution : Carry out purchasing tasks such as planning, issuing orders, coordinating deliveries, and stock recording, ensuring materials are supplied accurately and on time.
• Cross-Department Communication & Project Support : Work closely with marketing, warehouse, branding, and training teams to support new product launches and major projects. Follow up on local sourcing projects to increase the share of local procurement.
• Demand Management : Based on market operations and marketing activities, plan and execute purchasing according to material standards, supplier lead times, and logistics schedules, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
