Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries via calls, emails & messaging platforms
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy
  • Communicate in Mandarin (if applicable) to support guest needs
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and effective solutions
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth guest experiences
  • Stay updated on local attractions to recommend to guests

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (spoken, written & reading) — Mandarin is a big plus
  • Strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with computers, email & reservation software
  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Internships are welcome — a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in customer care

  • RM1,800 - RM2,500 (based on experience)
