Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries via calls, emails & messaging platforms
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy
- Communicate in Mandarin (if applicable) to support guest needs
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and effective solutions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth guest experiences
- Stay updated on local attractions to recommend to guests
