Overview
Service and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Production, and Logistics to meet customer delivery schedules and expectations.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
Prepare and process customer documentation, such as Quotation, Sales Orders, Customer artwork approvals and others related documentation.
Liaise with the artwork / design team to ensure customers' artwork requirements are properly communicated and finalized within deadlines.
