How You Will Create An Impact

  • Support the project manager in preparing and conducting kick-off meetings and in regular project status reports and meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, including creating cover sheets, compiling all incoming and outgoing documents, and filing (digitally and physically).
  • Regular communication with customers regarding document submissions, deliveries, payments, and general project progress.
  • Monitoring of project progress in coordination with other departments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics), early reporting of delays or deviations to the project manager.
  • Coordinating inspections and test reports (e.g., FAT, punch list) with internal departments and preparing the relevant documents for the customer.
  • Assisting with payment and invoicing processes, including advance payment files, arrears overviews, invoicing, and tracking outstanding amounts.
  • Performing general project-related tasks as instructed by the project manager or supervisor.

    • What Are We Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, document control, or project support functions, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Good organizational skills with high attention to detail in managing documentation and timelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating across departments and with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with document portals or project tracking tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively under time pressure
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written; additional local language skills are a plus
