Job Description

• Manage and drive wealth revenue for Investment Products by assisting on Client Events, Tea Talks, Joint Sales Calls and giving unbiased product briefing to the Sales Team / Customers as and when required;
• Provision of expertise and advisory to Sales Representatives and Customers on wealth related products;
• Cross promote to grow key product portfolios;
• Coaching of Sales Representatives on key features in Investment Products;
• Enhance customer service by providing unbiased specialized expertise / views required in managing wealth related products;
• Understand customer’s financial profile and needs to develop strategies to address and meets customer’s requirements;
• Adherence to Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including compliance with related laws / Acts.
