Responsibilities Experience in complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing, resume validation, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers. Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization. Ensure recruitment processes and activities comply with country-specific employment laws and regulations. Source profiles using a mix of channels : job portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors. Utilize portals, referral methods, and other techniques such as headhunting and cold calling. Uphold and manage a positive candidate experience. Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner. Requirements Minimum 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment in Malaysia. Staffing experience is a must. Self-motivated, energetic, and capable recruitment professional with a focus on best outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a good team player. Able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues. Seniority level
