Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field Five or more years of experience in a network administration role Comprehensive knowledge of networking concepts and computing infrastructures Proven skills in network engineering, operations, and performance analysis Experience with leading LAN equipment management (e.g. Cisco equipment) and monitoring tools Experience with Cisco equipment Professional certification, such as CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP, ITIL and Knowledge of SilverPeak and PaloAlto services will have an added advantage Project management and the ability to carry out assigned tasks independently Excellent language skills in English Good communication and interpersonal skills Multi-cultural working environment Project management Willing to travel Seniority level : Executive Employment type : Full-time Job function : Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Information Technology Industries : Manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Assist in network design, implementation, and maintenance
- Provide network support across the organization's operating systems
- Maintain stable and consistent connectivity across all network computers
- Prepare, implement, and monitor disaster procedures and recovery
- Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings
- Recommend, test, and troubleshoot network stability and performance
- Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions
- Write technical support documentation for network systems and applications
