Network Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanAt least 5 years of relevant experience as a firewall administrator and network engineer, ideally in a multinational environment Certifications : CCNA (or equivalent) and / or Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) Proven ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience Strong skills in preparing and executing changes with accuracy and reliability Ability to identify improvement opportunities in network services and processes Self-driven, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision Experienced in collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Fortinet Firewalls in OT environments
- Manage network services to meet defined SLAs / OLAs
- Coordinate with external service providers as required
- Monitor and maintain the stability of the network infrastructure
- Perform incident and change management activities
- Document network infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures
- Provide 24×7 on-call support as part of a rotation
- Implement new network services / systems where required
- Report on network service performance and availability
- Conduct capacity planning for network resources
- Apply ITIL-based processes to the network environment
- Develop and deliver customer-oriented services
- Organize trainings and workshops on network-related topics
- Support the implementation of the company’s IT security policies within the team’s scope
- Define security concepts for network services in collaboration with the Cyber Security team
