Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and procedures to attract, develop and retain top talent.
Oversee payroll administration and arrangement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Provide HR business partnering support to senior leaders and managers.
Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to drive organisational change and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a consultancy or generalist HR role
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision making
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
