Aesthetic Consultant / Senior Consultant (Pelangi, Johor Bahru)

Provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customers. Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Communicate with doctors on suitable treatments for patients. Follow up with patients and encourage ongoing treatments to ensure better results. Update and maintain treatment records. Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objectives.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Open to candidates without prior experience - we provide comprehensive training.
• Passion for aesthetics, beauty and skincare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
