Product Lead

Assisting the Head of Department in developing, proposing, and implementing industry innovations that can be applied at the company.

Develop comprehensive and strategic design briefs for new projects, ensuring they reflect the company’s branding, vision, and project objectives, laying a strong foundation for success.

Oversee the creation of conceptual design sketches, ensuring alignment with project goals and the design brief, maintaining consistency from the outset.

Collaborate with consultants to validate design concepts, ensuring final outputs meet the design brief requirements and reflect the intended vision.

Review submission drawings and supporting documents for compliance with laws and regulations, facilitating timely submission for approval.

Coordinate with consultants on schematic design outputs and participate in design review sessions with the development team and consultants through regular meetings and discussions.

Monitor and evaluate S&P drawings and related documents to ensure they align with approved plans and maintain design integrity.

Review marketing renderings and promotional materials to ensure visual representations adhere to the approved design and brand standards.

Partner with consultants to develop detailed designs and tender drawings, reviewing them meticulously to ensure consistency with the approved design and project needs.

Assess and coordinate design proposals to ensure alignment with the company’s brand identity, product design DNA, product categories, and standardization, always considering the target consumer persona.

Continuously improve the design playbook by incorporating product standardization, design guidelines, and innovative product development to keep the brand industry-leading.

Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
