What You'll Do
- Provide second-level technical support for terminal software issues
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve terminal-related problems; propose innovative solutions for recurring or complex issues
- Compile detailed reports and escalate to the Terminal Programmer team for further analysis and resolution
- Support the Helpdesk team with hardware-related issues by providing guidance and technical insight
- Handle router configuration & coordinate onsite technical support
- Perform terminal bench repair & diagnostics
- Represent the team as the PMA liaison during UAT phases with banks
- Provide general IT support and system setup assistance

Work Location & Hours
Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur (next to MRT Sri Damansara Barat (SSP02) Station)
Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
