Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, and infographics) tailored to each social media channel.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across channels.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
2. Event Management :
Event Planning & Coordination : Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including product launches, conferences, and promotional events.Logistics & On-Site Coordination : Oversee all event logistics, including venue booking, invitations, branding, and on-site execution.Event Promotion : Develop marketing campaigns to promote events across social media, email, and other platforms to drive attendance.Post-Event Follow-up : Collect feedback, analyze event success, and generate post-event reports for future improvement.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.Experience in graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing principles or copywriting is a plus.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Very well known in using Google Drive and its related tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).Benefits :
