Account Executive

Overview

About the Role : We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Junior & Semi Senior Account Executives to join our finance team. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling and reviewing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including the preparation of management accounts and financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts independently (GL, AR, AP)
• Prepare full set of management accounts accurately and on time
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Review and reconcile balance sheet listings to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on variances promptly
• Manage payments, receipts, and journal entries with proper supporting documentation
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Support statutory audits, tax filing, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
