Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Ability to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possession of knowledge in cement concrete products is essential.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as their primary contact.
- Identifying and understanding clients' needs to provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss client goals and objectives.
- Implement strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
- Monitor client satisfaction through feedback and surveys, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the Credit Control Unit to follow up on overdue payments and resolve billing disputes.
- Prepare reports on client activity, satisfaction, and retention for management review.
