Financial Account Manager

We’re looking for a Financial Account Manager to lead our accounting and reporting functions. In this role, you’ll oversee the full spectrum of financial operations — from month‑end closing to tax compliance — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every aspect of our finance process. You’ll work closely with management to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliation).
• Oversee month‑end closing, accruals, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare management reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SST, corporate tax (CP204), and withholding tax (CP37) submissions.
• Review supplier invoices, payment runs, and expense accruals.
• Monitor receivables, issue customer invoices, and manage collections.
• Maintain asset register, depreciation, and inventory adjustments.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Support internal controls, audit readiness, and process improvement.
• Lead and develop junior accounting staff to maintain strong team performance.
