Financial Business Partner (Alipay+)

Finance-focused role supporting partnership, budgeting, and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate negotiation with mobile payment partnerships, providing insights on pricing and other commercial terms.
• Collaborate with product teams to build end‑to‑end financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Manage financial operations with strategic partners and other incentive programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities.
• Develop reconciliation frameworks for incentive programs and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting; analyze ROI deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Design KPI frameworks for business units and deliver monthly performance dashboards to executives.
• Co-work with regional and accounting teams to perform monthly closing and address other booking / accounting issues.
