Finance Business Development Executive (Bancassurance)

Location : Any Bank Branch

Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell bancassurance products while identifying potential customer segments.
Conduct prospecting and cold calling to engage new customers.
Participate in sales and marketing events to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to support cross‑selling and up‑selling activities.
Provide professional financial advice and follow‑up services on policy‑related matters.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia).

Experience in financial services, sales, or related fields is preferred.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
