Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell bancassurance products while identifying potential customer segments.
- Conduct prospecting and cold calling to engage new customers.
- Participate in sales and marketing events to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to support cross‑selling and up‑selling activities.
- Provide professional financial advice and follow‑up services on policy‑related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia).Experience in financial services, sales, or related fields is preferred.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Seniority level : Entry level.
