Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company ISO and PQP
• Marking and demarcating boundaries and references points on project site or section of land.
• Marking and demarcating control level setting out on site, prepare survey drawings, check reduced levels of all structural, architectural, M&E and external works.
• Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare as-built survey drawings.
• Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.
• Employing specialized equipment, including distance measuring wheels, GPS and geographic information system (GIS) devices to measure boundaries and contours.
• Analysis data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
• Maintain all surveying and measuring equipment on site.
• Presenting and preparing data reports detailing and other relevant information.
• Maintain effective and on-going communication between the site team members.
• Travelling to different sites, when necessary.
• To carry out any other works that may be delegated or assigned to you from time to time by the Management of the Company.
