Job Description / Responsibility :

Compensation & Benefits

Administer monthly payroll, claims, allowances, and benefits accurately and timely.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to stay competitive.

Oversee medical, insurance, and leave management processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and inquiries.

  • Manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and warning / termination procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.

    • Promote a positive work culture that supports employee well-being and retention.

    Performance & Development

    Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.

  • Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and implement employee learning & development programs.

    • Track and monitor training effectiveness.

    HR Policies & Compliance

    Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and employment laws.

  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management decision-making.

    • Support internal and external HR audits.

    General HR Administration

    Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.

  • Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, termination, etc.).
  • Assist in organizational planning, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Participate in HR projects, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and employees.
