Senior Human Resource Executive

Job descriptionManage disciplinary processes, investigations, and warning / termination procedures. Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events. Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans. Identify training needs and implement employee learning & development programs. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant regulations. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management decision-making. Prepare HR-related letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, termination, etc.). Assist in organizational planning, succession planning, and workforce development. Participate in HR projects, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide HR advisory support to management and employees.
Job Description / Responsibility :
Compensation & Benefits
Administer monthly payroll, claims, allowances, and benefits accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to stay competitive.
Oversee medical, insurance, and leave management processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and inquiries.
Promote a positive work culture that supports employee well-being and retention.
Performance & Development
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Track and monitor training effectiveness.
HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and employment laws.
Support internal and external HR audits.
General HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.
