BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, OR A RELATED FIELD (OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE)

About the role?

We're hiring a detail-driven, execution-focused Project Manager to handle project tracking, external governance, and internal coordination within our digital division; ensuring smooth collaboration with the CTO, CISO, and external partners while keeping digital and AI initiatives on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones within the division
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners; governing project scope, timelines, and outcomes
  • Oversee project interactions with other departments; ensuring alignment, clear responsibilities, and controlled project scopes
  • Act as the key liaison between Bateriku Digital, CTO, and CISO; maintaining project alignment, visibility, and progress tracking
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies; ensuring nothing is overlooked
  • Maintain clear, detailed project documentation, including actions, decisions, follow-ups, and responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of project management or coordination experience within digital, tech, or AI-focused environments
  • Proven ability to coordinate across external vendors, internal departments, and senior leadership
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in project scheduling and tracking tools (such as MS Project, Excel, or similar) focused on timelines, milestones, and progress reporting
  • Strong communication skills; clear, concise, and direct in both written and verbal communications
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bonus : Experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation projects
