Job Responsibilities :
- Handle leasing inquiries, coordinate property viewings, and convert prospects into tenants.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain organized tenant and lead records.
- Plan and execute marketing activations, events, and on-ground campaigns.
- Manage promotional spaces, pop-ups, and advertising to generate additional revenue.
- Build partnerships with tenants and brands for co-marketing and community programs.
- Monitor performance and provide insights to improve leasing and marketing strategies.
