Penerangan pekerjaan5 to 8 years experience in Digital Marketing Agency as Media Planner / Account Manager / Strategy & Performance Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients Detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritise, multitask Excellent organizational, project management, written and verbal presentation skills Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc Fluent in English, written and spoken Performance Review (twice a year) Yearly Performance Bonus Annual MVP Awards Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Media Planning to drive client success and revenue growth. You'll deliver media strategies tailored to client goals, foster satisfaction, and identify innovative growth opportunities. As a campaign leader, you'll collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance, provide data-driven insights, and manage end-to-end deliverables. What You'll Do
- Advertiser Management & Growth : Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts.
- Revenue Growth : Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development.
- Campaign / project management : Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative, Influencer Marketing and Publisher Growth teams to drive campaign performance and deliverables.
- Reporting : Analyse and report campaign performance with meaningful insights.
- Maintain Industry Knowledge : Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Facebook, Google : Search, Social, Display / Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.
