Senior Finance Executive

Role Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with current accounting practice including prepare and submit e-invoices.
• Establish and maintain an accurate cost accounting system, including tracking and reporting of direct and indirect costs.
• Ensure reasonable allocation of costs, including labor, materials, indirect expenses, and other cost elements.
• Procure goods, materials, and services on behalf of the company to support daily operations.
• Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, and agree on contract terms.
• Analyse cost fluctuations and purchase price variances.
• Prepare monthly financial analysis report and evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget.
• Site visit for verification of stocks and project progress.
• To ensure the proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
