Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in-store by greeting customers, assisting with product enquiries and processing sales transactions accurately.
- Support retail store operations by maintaining merchandise displays, restocking inventory and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Actively participate in in-house and external roadshows and events, representing the company professionally to engage potential customers and boost product sales.
Qualifications
Previous retail experience, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare retail environment is an advantage.Strong customer service and communication skills.Willingness to work rotating AM / PM shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift / move merchandise and event materials as needed.Dependable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.Comfortable participating in roadshows and events off-site.Application questions
