Trainee, Shipping / Supply Chain (Penang : Open for Fresh Graduate)

Penerangan pekerjaanHandling full set of Export shipping documentation and preparing the necessary shipping documents for Bank negotiation including Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, etc. Ensure all the shipping documents release are compliance with policies and procedures. Ensure full Letter of Credit (L / C) compliances. Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment / delivery status located all over the world. Manage day-to-day shipping transaction of the Trading Companies. Recommend and develop solutions for continuous improvements opportunities. Ensure successful implementation across the team and in Business Groups. Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department or by Shipping Team Lead / Manager. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to be based at Georgetown, Penang.
