Responsibilities :
Retail Sales & Trade Marketing
- Execute retail trade strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand presence across retail outlets.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in roadshows and in-store promotions in collaboration with buyers and marketing teams.
- Negotiate promotional terms and ensure promotional execution at the store level.
Promoter & Sampling Program Management
Schedule and manage weekend product sampling programs.Monitor and evaluate promoter performance and sampling effectiveness.Review and compile promoter activity reports for analysis and improvement.Merchandising Management
Supervise merchandisers to ensure adherence to planogram standards and effective product display.Review merchandiser reports regularly to maintain execution quality across all stores.Ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing to customers.Stock & Inventory Control
Implement and enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation to maintain inventory freshness.Monitor product shelf-life and take necessary actions to avoid stock expiry.Coordinate with logistics to manage efficient stock replenishment and allocation.Goods Return Handling
Handle return processes for both good and damaged goods, ensuring returns are processed within 72 hours of receipt.Liaise with warehouse and finance teams to document and complete return procedures accurately.New Outlet Development
Identify and propose new outlet opportunities to expand retail footprint.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth outlet setup, product listing, and initial stock delivery.Sales Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports including sell-out data, promotion performance, and sales trends.Analyze sales performance by outlet, product, and channel to support strategic decisions.Accounts & Collection Monitoring
Track aging of receivables and follow up with accounts and retail partners to ensure timely collection of payments.Report payment issues or discrepancies promptly to the finance department.System & Documentation
Use Microsoft Dynamics AX system to process sales orders, manage inventory, and track sales records.Ensure all system entries are updated accurately and reflect real-time operational status.Requirement :
Education : Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 1–3 years in retail trade, FMCG, or sales operations.Effective Communication : Strong communication skills to interact confidently and professionally with customers and colleagues.Computer Literacy : Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word, for reporting and documentation purposes.Product & Service Presentation : Skilled in presenting the company's products and services to both current and potential customers to drive interest and engagement.Sales-Driven & Independent : Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver strong sales results.Task Management : Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while setting priorities to meet deadlines and operational goals.Product Knowledge : Possesses an in-depth understanding of the company's products, enabling effective communication and solution-based selling.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
