The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing excellent recruitment services to our clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring top-tier talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to fully understand their hiring needs and business objectives. Offer expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent acquisition, providing tailored solutions. Ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly, consistently meeting client expectations and needs.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening : Identify and source high-quality talent using various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, direct headhunting, networking, etc.). Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for roles. Manage a talent pool, ensuring it is robust and readily available to meet client demands.
• End-to-End Recruitment : Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job description creation to interview management. Negotiate salary and contract terms between candidates and clients. Provide candidates with timely feedback after interviews, offering guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Account Management : Manage a portfolio of client accounts, working to expand business opportunities and strengthen relationships. Develop strategies to retain clients and acquire new ones, ensuring long-term partnerships. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive campaigns and initiatives that attract new clients and talent.
• Reporting and Analytics : Track key recruitment metrics and generate reports to support management decision-making. Analyze performance data to assess progress, identify areas of improvement, and refine recruitment strategies.
