What you’ll do

• Own the desk end-to-end : business development, client advisory, search strategy, offers.
• Manage the triangle : clients, candidates, and our ExpertNetwork (briefings, referrals, follow-through).
• Grow the community : nurture experts, host touchpoints, keep engagement high, and turn warm intros into placements.
• Run quality pipelines : market mapping, outreach, shortlists that convert, clean process to signed offer.
• Be a trusted partner : define scopes, set hiring plans, calibrate profiles, drive momentum.
• Continuously improve : use data and light automation (LinkedIn, Bullhorn / Airtable) to raise speed and quality.
