Overview
Creative Design Analyst (Mandarin Speaking) – Accenture Southeast Asia
Within Client Reporting Services, the mission of the Publishing and Creative Services (PCS) team is to provide high quality publishing, creative partnership, and production services to support the global marketing and client service goals. The PCS Publisher will report to the PCS Publisher Manager and provide publishing support for the production and maintenance of prospect and client presentations. He or she must also establish and maintain constant communication with PCS global colleagues in order to accommodate the team’s “follow the sun” model.
Responsibilities
- Constant monitoring of virtual production queue and hotline calls
- Format and update a variety of business presentations for prospect and client meetings
- Engage with business partners to create compelling graphics and new content for presentations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the applications and processes involved in the daily work
- Adhere to client format standards and provide proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality control
- Cross-train and assist other PCS teams globally as volume necessitates and when appropriate
- Assist end users as necessary with tool training, troubleshooting
- Assist with special projects as required
