As a Senior Associate, the PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this role include :

• Develop and write computer programmes to perform specific tasks related to organisational goals.
• Create workflow diagrams and charts to demonstrate the functionality of programmes before coding them.
• Run software tests to spot and resolve bugs and inconsistencies. Write code for software patches and bug fixes.
• Work with team members to find creative, innovative solutions to problems.
• Collaborate with other departments and clients to understand their needs and devise ways to accommodate them with software.
• Perform regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and mastermind ways to improve workflow.
• Write and continually update documentation for all programmes for internal and external reference.
• Manage system quality constantly and consistently, including but not limited to, troubleshooting and elimination of bug, glitch, error and grammatical mistakes.
• Ensure system quality check is completed comprehensively before pushing it to the live site.
• Ensure system stability, security, reliability, accessibility and accuracy at all times so that the Client Support team would be able to deliver services in a timely and professional manner to clients.
• Ensure all company applications, including but not limited to, Github, Zendesk etc. are managed in a secured manner with proper access authority and information, data, source code, files distribution privately on these channels.
• Ensure all codes, source code management system(s) and workstream management system(s) follow industry’s coding best practices and are free from cybersecurity risks.
