Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular account performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key accounts promptly.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build positive client relationships.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Capability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market and its dynamics.
