Accounts Executive (Receivable)

Join one of Malaysia’s leading infrastructure solution providers. At Jati Tinggi, we deliver high-voltage power cable and civil works projects that power the nation — and we need a dedicated Account Executive (Receivable) to support our growing operations.

What You’ll Do :

Manage monthly closing, journal entries, and general ledger updates.

Prepare and issue invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile accounts receivable.

Handle staff claims, petty cash, and payment processing.

Assist in tax submission, audit preparation, and statutory compliance.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.

Who We’re Looking For :

Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in AP, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.

Familiar with accounting systems such as SQL, AutoCount or similar.

Meticulous, deadline-driven, and proactive in resolving issues.

Able to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.

Able to work in Bandar Mahkota Cheras.
