Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA Affiliate or Member is required. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and / or auditing. Knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Meticulous, responsible and positive working attitude. Able to perform multitasking in fast-paced working environment. Proficient in Chinese, able to apply to daily work docking. English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin speakers to effectively engage with a diverse client base. Mandarin-speaking candidates are particularly encouraged to apply. Have permanent work rights with no restrictions in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of SST, tax filings, and statutory payments (e.g., EPF, SOCSO).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial controls, processes, and compliance.
- Identify and report discrepancies or areas of improvement in accounting and operational practices.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Support the Finance Manager in implementing best practices and financial procedures.
- Perform related monthly reporting submission to the headquarters in China.
